The plaque is on the front of a large farm house. The farm is located between Whisper Lane and Hanchurch Lane in Hanchurch.

The building has the date 1808 on a plaque with a picture of a crown above it. There was no clear evidence of a farm name, however there was a name on the gate that looks like 'Model' but it had been white washed out. It appears to be part of a large farm with other building located further along the lane. The front of the property is three floors high with the top floor windows bricked up.
There is a farm named Model Farm at the location of the building shown on the map included in the photo gallery.

Reference is made to Model Farm at the following link; (visit link)
'A local farmer, Mr R Sant, of the Model Farm, is expanding Hanchurch Pools into a string of ten to provide trout and coarse fishing, and landscaping the surrounding area. Two hundred trees have been planted and more are planned.'
Year of construction: 1808
