This fibreglass dinghy could have been powered by a Johnson outboard motor, except that it is now a Letterbox.

Out the front of #274 Hastings River Drive, (the northern entrance to Port Macquarie) is this dinghy, that has become a 'planter', as well as 'post' for the owner's Letterbox.
In the middle of the boat is a (pre-historic looking) single, moderate sized, Cycad - a gymnosperm plant, with 'naked' seeds (Wikipedia).
It looks like the owner has used glycophosphate, or similar, to keep the grass from encroaching onto the boat.
