On a 2017 visit to Moffett Air Field, I noticed this new Space Shuttle replica at the head of Shenandoah Plaza.

While creating this waymark, I was reminded of a previous Space Shuttle that I had waymarked in 2010. After examining the Google Satellite view of the first waymark, it appears that there is just the concrete base and the three mounting blocks at the old location. This leads me to believe that the aircraft was moved from the Wind Tunnel location to this new prominent location to greet visitors.

The former sign with all the information is not present (currently), so I'm referencing the old waymark for the information contained therein and marking it as MOVED.
