There are two entrances to Big Canyon Park, This one on Brittan Avenue and a second one around the corner on Crestview Drive. There is a great view of the city and the East San Francisco bay at the Crestview entrance.

The park contains rugged, hilly, and narrow hiking trails. There are several geocaches along the trails.
