Benchmark 16 RBR is located about 15 miles southwest of New Pass Summit on U.S. Hwy. 50, across highway from Nevada History Marker parking area. The cap is set on a square concrete monument about 70 feet northwest of highway center line. The cap was set by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1964 and was marked 16 RBR 1964.
