The old warehouse was built with a frontage of Donnybrook sandstone in the Federation Romanesque style in 1903 for Dalgety and Co , import agents. when constructed the rail line from the port ran past the rear of the building which was at that time closer to the water than now.
Currently the building is used as a wine lounge and restaurant
