EN: This cross is located on a rural road between Witterswil, Ettingen and Therwil in a decorated bed with a border of stones.
The cross is slightly lower than usual, perhaps just two meters high. It consists of two simple stone blocks. The year 1849 is engraved on the side arms. At the bottom, it has the Christogram and the words "Holy Mission".
DE: Dieses Kreuz befinedt sich an einem Feldweg zwischen Witterswil, Ettingen und Therwil in einem geschmückten Beet mit einem Rand aus Steinen.
Das Kreuz ist etwas niedriger als üblich, vielleicht knapp zwei Meter hoch. Es besteht aus zwei schlichten Steinquadern. An den Seitenarmen ist das Jahr 1849 eingraviert. Am Fuss befindet sich das Christusmonogramm und die Worte "hl. Mission".
