To locate marker from Mesa Arizona, drive north on Usery Road into the Lower Salt River Recreation Area. Turn right into the large parking area at the West Gate of the Bulldog Canyon OHV Area. From the north side of the lot follow a horse trail to near the marker's coordinates.

There is a large cairn of rocks at the marker.

Be careful of snakes during warm weather. I passed an Arizona Coral Snake as I was searching for the marker.
