The sundial is located on top of a marble pedestal. On the base of the pedestal is the name Hand. In the center of the sundial is a large sun with radiant arms. Along the edge of the sundial is a winged hourglass design and the words "Let Others Tell of Storms and Showers. I'll Only Mark Your Sunny Hours."
