At Christmas (and apparently all year long, since our photos were taken in July of 2009) a pole sign advertising the station at the transmitter site on KFUN-Hill features strings of lights to make the sign look like a Christmas tree.
In 2017, anyone anywhere in the world can listen to KFUN-AM and FM online for free. But in 2009 we had to listen to the station in our car as we explored Las Vegas NM.
