This bridgeless water crossing, is in the long rest area road north of Ava, Mo. The crossing itself is approximately 15 feet across. This is a spring fed unnamed stream, and what is neat, the stream "disappears" at the other entrance to the rest area - probably into an underground cave network that Missouri is famous.
