This painted utility box didn't have a title on it so I named it 'Little Cupcake' in reference to a woman eating a cupcake as well as a young girl looking up, she could be called a 'little cupcake'. This painted scene is typical of what someone would see in Seattle, with many tourists including families enjoying the sights and food offerings throughout the city.

This painted utility box is one of many that are part of a project funded by the Neighborhood matching Fund awards from the City of Seattle, Department of Neighborhoods Metropolitan Improvement District's West Edge Marketing Committee and Artworks.
