This one story painted and brown brick building is located at 115-117 E 6th Street. The fenestration for 115 is symmetrical. A central wooden door flanked by a narrow vertical glass pane. Three single vertical glass panes flank the doorway.

117 has a central wooden door with a narrow vertical window only on the left. The same three single vertical glass panes as on 115 flank the doorway on either side. The lower portion of the facade is painted; the upper is plain brown brick. There is no decoration on the cornice,

Constructed c.1918, the building at the corner of E. 6th and S. Main Street at 1 E. 6th Street is also constructed with rusticated cut stone and features stone corbelling on its cornice.
