I do not have any information as to when the People's Bank closed or moved out of this building. Current use of the building is a pizza place and an arts and crafts store.
The People’s Bank Building at 10-12 E. 7th Street was constructed c. 1902 and was the first masonry building on its block. The rusticated cut-stone building features a slight Italianate influence with its arched window surrounds on the second story of its front. section 7 pg. 2
Around 1902, the People’s Bank moved into their new cut-stone two-story building on the south side of the square. section 8 pg. 4
