From their website, "The Manger is a pre-denominational Bible believing community not affiliated with any other organization. We began in May of 2011 and have barely scratched the surface of what we believe God has planned for us. We ask that you will join us in prayer as we seek the will and purpose God has for us.
I am Pastor Raymon and I will begin sharing the plans God has revealed to me." He proceeds to describe his goals, "To be honest I hardly know where to begin. God had given me a vision 30 years ago in the County Jail. I had a recurring dream of Rejoicing and Worshiping God in an Old Style Amish Stable or Barn. I remember the name God told me very clearly, it was The Manger.
I would have this dream every night; I could hardly wait to go to sleep just to go back to the Manger. There was a peace and a truth that was so freeing." While the Manger has yet to take shape, the church meets in an open yard, occasionally using temporary shelters. It appears church members sit on tree stumps when they meet around the cross on the side of the street. There is no explanation for the Star of David flag overhead.
