Throughout its history the Portuguese Red Cross has aided in all the wars and great catastrophes that Portugal was involved. It also provided international assistance in situations of catastrophes and wars abroad.
The Portuguese Red Cross has 175+ local structures (Delegations and Humanitarian Centers), this one is the Lisbon's Delegation.
