"Every summer Susan Jablon Mosaics partners with the City of Binghamton to mosaic a little something here and a little something else there. We call this project : Putting the BLING back in BING! This last summer Emily and Sam Jablon and crew rehabbed these two benches and transformed them into stunning, contemporary planters. This picture is before and after."
