From the Whatpub website :- Very close to the town centre, the pub was bought from Marstons by three locals in 2015 and their interest and passion for it is transforming it into a popular local with a range of seven real ales, including some from local breweries. It has active darts and dominoes teams and a pool table in the large single lounge bar where there's also occasional live entertainment. For the peckish, cobs, pork pies and ploughman's lunches are available.
