"Main Street Baptist Church is an American Baptist congregation, locally a part of the Broome-Tioga Association." The cornerstone says 1903, but the architect list says 1905.

"Our morning worship, held at 11:00 AM on Sundays in the main sanctuary, is relatively formal and traditional, with the intention of giving primacy to an atmosphere of "reverence and awe.""
"Our Sunday evening service is informal, varied, and interactive. Our hope is to strike a balance this way. During this 6:00 PM time-slot, we also offer a Youth Group for middle and high school ages, as well as ABKids for elementary aged students."
