The largest of the buildings from this period (1950's) is the First Baptist Church at 216 E. 6th Street. The building was constructed in 1951 and features light color fieldstone walls with red brick trim around windows and doors. A contemporary addition to the rear (north) of the building was constructed in 1971. Situated in the middle of the block, the buildings are now owned by Baxter County and are occupied by county offices.
