This Magnolia Tree is dedicated to Jean Weir, wife of Reverend Dr. William Weir. Jean was the founder of the Knoxettes. The Knoxettes are a women's group based out of Knox Presbyterian Church. The plaque was placed on June 6th, 2004 by the Knoxette group on the side of the church. The tree is located nearby.
