This memorial is located in front of the South Brant Royal Canadian Legion Branch 463, just off Regional Road 24 (old Highway 24) in Brant County, Ontario.
The monument features a marble map of Canada on a cement foundation. The foundation has the words "THOSE WHO GAVE" engraved in it.
Mounted in the foundation is a plaque which reads:
"THE SILENCE
THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD, AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD, AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM, NOR THE YEARS CONDEMN, AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN, AND IN THE MORNING, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
