House N° 753 (dum c.p. 753) is one of three adjacent valuable Art-Nouveau residential/retail space houses located in Trída míru (Peace Avenue) in the Pardubice centre.
House N° 753, designed by architect Jaroslav Kohoutek, was built as rental house with ground floor with retail spaces in 1907-1908.
Building is high-quality Art-Noveau architecture forming important element of the avenue northern front and corresponding with both adjacent A-N houses designed by the same architect.
House N° 753 is four-storeyrd structure with five-axial front facade broken from the 2nd storey by a central oriel with two balconies. Segmented front facade is decorated by numerous Art-Nouveau elements from stucco, ceramic tiles, bricks and also by forged balcony railings.
