On the northern side of Muak Lek, is this small, but healthy bakery.

This is not too far from the 'Markets' at the intersection of Routes 2224 and 2089, behind the NEW 7-Eleven store of 2016, north of the regional town of Muak Lek.
I had been 'craving' some healthy bread, from only being able to find white bread in my cycling around the region, and when I went to the markets near here I found this stall selling a range of whole grain, and wholemeal loaves. Some were flavoured with different fruits, including, berries, sultanas, banana, apricots, and even mango, or pineapple, with a walnut loaf option.
All were quite dense, but VERY fresh. So I bought a wholegrain loaf, a bag of tomatoes from another stall, and had a feast!
When I inquired where their shop was I found out that they had a 'connection' with where I was staying, at the APIU, who had some students going to the bakery to learn the practical side of nutrition.
