The sculpture by Spanish artist Manuel Ferreiro Badla was an entrant in the 2013 "Sculptures by the Sea" exhibition on Cottesloe Beach and was purchased by the Town of Cottesloe as part of their evolving collection for permanent display for the public to enjoy.
On the bottom of the accompanying plaque is the statement :-
"A concern with the movement connected with the geometry and the generation of interference from the bars of the structure."
