This memorial is located outside the Waterford Audrey S. Hellyer Fenced Dog Park in Waterford, Ontario near the Tricenturena. Placed on June 29th, 1974 by the Waterford-Townsend Recreation Commission in memory of Audrey Hellyer and her many years as President of the Townsend Softball League.
