This two-story red brick building is located at 200 N Rush. The entry is a circular arch with a single metal and glass door. There are glass windows left, right, and above the door filling the arch. There are two plaques to the left of the entry - one is the date plaque and the other is a history of the Bank and area. A turret like structure is to the right of the entryway.
