Old millstone from a working mill located in nearby Euphrasia Township.
The mill was last owned by John Walter and was located on the 11th Line. It was in use from 1850 until 1950.
The stone was donated to the Town by his descendant Clarence and his wife Ethel Walter.
The millstone is located in a small park at the corner of Parker and Bayfield Streets.
