The Springwater Dam is located underneath Springwater Road, just south of Aylmer, Ontario. The dam regulates the flow of water out of the Springwater Pond. The reservoir is used by the Springwater Conservation Area as an area for swimming and canoeing. The water continues down stream from the reservoir as the Catfish Creek again.
The dam was likely built around the 1970s when the park was opened.
