Lake View Cemetery contains numerous Woodmen of the World graves so I had to narrow them down to my four favorite to submit. This WoW headstone is the largest and most elaborate, although it has suffered damage in places. It is a concrete headstone and the inscription reads:

P.H.R. Menge
Born Apr. 17, 1857
Died Jan. 16, 1898
Erected by the Woodmen of the World
I could not locate any other information on this person.
