Das nach Plänen des Architekten Harry Seidler entworfene Gebäude wurde in den Jahren 1999–2002 errichtet und erreicht mit 33 Geschoßen (32 davon bewohnbar) eine Höhe von 120 Metern (mit aufgesetzter Betonskulptur 150 m). Charakteristisch ist die vorgehängte Kassettenfassade aus Aluminium.
Vom Erdgeschoß bis zum 8. Stockwerk befinden sich hauptsächlich Miet-Büros. Vom 8. bis zum 15. Stockwerk sind Zwei- bis Dreizimmer-Wohnungen in dem Bauwerk untergebracht, darüber Ein- bis Zweizimmer-Apartments; im obersten Stockwerk befinden sich die Penthäuser. Die zwei Garagengeschoße mit insgesamt 220 Abstellplätzen liegen unter der Plaza."
