House N° 59 (dum c.p. 59), located in southern front of Pernstein Square (Pernštýnské námestí), belongs thanks to complex architectural development from late-Gothic via Renaissance to neo-Renaissance among key elements of the Pardubice UMR (Urban Monument Reserve / Mestská památková rezervace).

House N° 59 is three-storeyed stucture with two vertical facade axes erected on narrow medieval parcel. Its complex architectural development comprises late-Gothic foundation (ca 1500?) and early-Renaissance rebulding after 1538. House was partially reshaped during the beginning of the 20th century by a neo-Renaissance front facade, but the original Renaissance tiered gable was preserved.
