House N° 5 (dum c.p. 5), located in Pernstein Square (Pernštýnské námestí), is an important element of the northern front of the square and thanks to complex architectural development belongs among buildings creating core of the Pardubice UMR (Urban Monument Reserve / Mestská památková rezervace).

House N° 5 is three-storeyed buiding with late-Gothic core recorded in 1507 and typised Renaissance disposition (after 1538). Unique is house' unusually shaped Baroque gable attic from the 18th century. Front facade with three vertical axes was rearranged in Classicist style during the 19th century.
