House N° 3 (Dum c.p. 3), located in Pernstein Square (Pernštýnské námestí), is another example of Pardubice' Old Town burgher house which late-Gothic and Renaissance core' was converted by a new facade into Baroque residence.
The narrow three-storeyed house with two-axis front facade and Gothic origin (before 1507, well preserved cellars) was rebuilt into typical Pardubice Renaissance house after fire in 1538. House was then reshaped in Baroque style approximately in the second half of the 18th century. From the Baroque period comes beautiful highly decorated stucco front facade with principal relief of rider - apparently St. Wenceslaus holding spear with imperial eagle flag.
