House "At White Horse" (Dum U bílého konícka), located in Pernstein Square (Pernštýnské námestí), is one of many Pardubice' burgher houses which original late-Gothic or Renaissance exterior' design was reshaped by Baroque reconstruction.
The Gothic-Renaissance core of this building, with valuable diamond vaulting in groud floor, was created by reconstruction and joining of two older houses after fire in 1507 by rich burgomaster Jan Román. House then changed owners several times and later (after 1751) was reconstructed in Baroque style and from that period is also known under its current name.
