The Bell Tower has a white-painted, metal domed roof, with a white weather vane (and lightning conductor) on top. The roof is held aloft by 8 (eight) metal 'legs', with alternating ones having cross-bracing. The bottom edge of the dome has up-raised filigree scalloping.
There is an external clapper for the bell. ['North' side of the bell]
The Bell Tower sits above a low-angled metal roof that protects the clock faces of the Clock Tower below it.
The Post Office was built in 1874.
