The River of Faith Church owns a lot of property on a ridge between the ghost towns of Mountain and Jacket in rural McDonald County, Missouri. On one part of the ridge they built their new church building in 2011. On another part of the ridge, they built this gigantic cross, the view from which is wonderful. The cross was built some time between 2012 and 2014, according to historic satellite imagery. There are some crude wooden benches here, so that simple services can be held at the foot of the cross.
