"All three stations are staffed with firefighters and EMTs 24/7 365. Your department also has a very strong community-based volunteer program allowing a very effective and efficient response force to complement the in-station staffing. This fire department has over 100 trained and qualified members (more than any other department in the county) that are dedicated to keeping your community, our community, as safe as possible! he department is a member of the Union County Safe Kids Coalition and offers services such as FREE child seat installations and inspections (carseats@wesleychapelvfd.org for more information). Our fire department has the largest tanker in Western Union County (which is located at the Hemby Road Station) and is capable of hauling 3,500-gallons of water to areas where fire hydrants are not available. Your department also operates a 2,500-gallon tanker out of the Waxhaw Indian Trail Rd. station."
