What a lovely and colorful mosaic this is!!! It is the same size as a regular hat. The hat shape is concrete, and the pieces are glued onto that base.
The brim is more of an earthtone color, while the upper portion has much more color, mostly red and blue.
It was created in 2012 by artist Holly Shields.
