NRHP Documentation

Formerly the First National Bank, this handsome 3-story, 1909 building was "modernized" in the 1950's with a baby blue aluminum covering. The building was renovated through a public/private partnership to its original grandeur. Note the difference in the architecture on the San Antonio St. side. A portion of the historic Hofinez Hotel was incorporated into the First National Bank building when it was constructed.
