As its name implies, the Town of Fountain Hills is built on hills overlooking a large fountain and the Verde River valley. Most of the many churches in town have a large churchyard cross that can be seen from around town. This particular cross is in front of the Fountain Hills Christian Center which is an Assembly of God church. The cross is made from white painted tubular steel and is approximately two stories tall. It is unadorned.
