"From our early beginnings in 1956 using Crawford's Garage as a place to park the first fire truck, to our award winning modern station on Possum Hollow Road, Pleasant Valley Fire Department has a passion to provide the residences and businesses in our district and the surrounding area with Fire and Rescue services of top quality and a symbol the community can be proud of.

Currently, we run 2-engines, 1-ladder, 1-rescue, 1- brush truck, 1- Pumper/tanker and a quick response vehicle.

We operate out of 2 stations and have 30 volunteers that are certified in firefighting, specialized rescue services, and emergency medical first responders."
