Planetarium exhibits include a scale reproduction of the solar system inside a giant orb, Big Bang simulation, and a theatre that allows viewing over 6,500 stars including Halley’s Comet and Milky Way.

In the Cosmonautics and Space Technique Hall you will find much information about Cuba's landmarks in this area, especially on the 1980 Russian-Cuban flight, when Arnaldo Tamayo became the first Cuban and Latin American traveling in space.

Although the Havana Planetarium does not bear comparison with the large—scale planetariums of the world, whose domes are more than 20 meters in diameter, this is an excellent opportunity to take a look at the mysteries of the universe from the oldest part of the city.
