"Kürzer" hat sich als fünfte Hausbrauerei in der Altstadt neben Uerige, Schlüssel, Schlösser und Schumacher etabliert. Inzwischen gibt es das Bier auch in ausgewählten Getränkemärkten und in vier anderen Düsseldorfer Kneipen.

Das junge Alt "Kürzer" schmeckt mild-malzig (auch ein Frauenbier) und wird für alle Gäste gut sichtbar in großen Braukesseln gebraut. Sie sind direkt mit dem gläsernen Fass verbunden, das auf der Theke steht. Über einen Hebel lässt der Wirt nur dann frisches Bier ins Fass laufen, wenn es der Durst der Besucher auch verlangt. Da das Glasfass gekühlt wird, schmeckt das "Kürzer" sehr frisch. Moderne Brauhaus-Kultur vermischt sich hier mit einer Studentenkneipe.

"Kürzer" has established itself as a fifth house brewery in the old town near Uerige, key, locks and Schumacher. In the meantime, the beer is also available in selected beverage markets and in four other Düsseldorf pubs.

The young old "Kürzer" tastes mild-malty (also a women's beer) and is brewed for all guests well visible in large Brakesseln. They are directly connected to the glass barrel, which stands on the counter. Using a lever, the landlord lets fresh beer enter the barrel only when the thirst of the visitors also demands. Since the glass barrel is cooled, the "Kürzer" tastes very fresh. Modern Brauhaus culture mixes here with a student tunnel.
