They have a different flavour of sausage on offer every week, be it garlic sausage or black pudding sausage. The most popular are the thick pork sausages – they are a tradition the whole family loves.
The store sells more than 200 pounds of sausages every week, with middle-aged and elderly customers being the biggest buyers.
