Depicted small burgher house, located in the main public space of Mnichovo Hradište - Masarykovo námestí (Masaryk Square), belongs among the best preserved Baroque buildings in the town' centre.

House N° 30 is simple rectangular two-storey brick building with interesting Baroque front facade segmented by corniches and sockle. Its volute gable with central niche containing Baroque statue of Michael the Archangel is moreover decorated by three stone vases (one is at the top of the gable and two at its both edges).
