I recovered this U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey benchmark from 1954 in good condition. It is monumented on a concrete pad on the south side of one of two railroad overpasses, with this overpass over the current Hwy 99. This BM is also listed on a topography map as 'BM 1798'. My posted coordinates should place you very close to this mark.
