There are a pair of Eagle Scout Projects at the entrance to the Troy airport, along Highway 2, less than a mile north of the town of Troy.

The projects consist of a large information billboard and a pair of benches. The billboard, of large posts set in the ground supporting a large plexiglass covered billboard, contains a hand carved map of the Troy Exercise Path, a 1.81 mile long walking path which loops around the perimeter of the airport. The benches were placed to give the hard working walkers and joggers a spot for a breather on each trip around the track. Should they also become bored while resting a Little Free Library has also been built just a few feet away.
Adjacent to Highway 2, there is also a parking lot at the site with accommodations for at least a dozen vehicles, probably more. At the south end of the parking lot is a chemical toilet.
