One of a few zinc headstones in this cemetery. Interestingly, Hill Dunn Cemetery was originally located at lower ground near a town called Klamath Junction. When Emigrant Lake was expanded in 1960, the graves were relocated to higher ground and Klamath Junction was buried underwater.

The front of the grave reads:

IN MEMORY OF
MARY I.
STEPHENS,
BORN
MAY 6, 1879,
DIED
JULY 24, 1902,
AGE
27 YEARS.

The back of the headstone reads:

GONE FROM OUR
HOME BUT NOT FROM
OUR HEARTS.

Unfortunately, this headstone has suffered from cracking at the top and sides.
Date of birth (optional): 05/06/1879

Date of death (optional): 07/24/1902

Headstone text (optional):
Read above.
