One of a few zinc headstones in this cemetery. Interestingly, Hill Dunn Cemetery was originally located at lower ground near a town called Klamath Junction. When Emigrant Lake was expanded in 1960, the graves were relocated to higher ground and Klamath Junction was buried underwater.

The front of the grave reads:

IN MEMORY OF
EDITH,
WIFE OF
E. CORTHELL,
BORN 1866,
AGE
36 YEARS

The back of the headstone reads:

WHERE IMMORTAL SPIRITS
REIGN,
THERE WE SHALL MEET
AGAIN.

I noticed Edith died the same year her youngest daughter, also named Edith, was born.
Date of birth (optional): 04/14/1866

Date of death (optional): 05/15/1902
